Pre-school staff…

Name: Hannah F
Position: Room Supervisor
Start: November 2016

Hello, my name is Hannah F, I am the Pre-school room supervisor (3-5 years) and Deputy Safeguarding Lead. I hold a degree in Early Years and working with pre-school aged children has always been my passion. I believe in a lifelong learning approach for myself and my aim is to make the outcomes in education for our children the best they can be.

I am also very passionate about working in the Pre-school room and seeing how quickly children develop. I especially enjoy the progress that children make with phonics, letters and sounds and feel strongly about developing a love of learning in this area.

Preparing children for ‘big school’ in all developmental areas is incredibly rewarding.

Hello, my name is Michelle S and I am a Nursery Nurse and key person within the pre-school room. I currently hold a BA (Hons) Degree in Sociology from the University of Sheffield and I am hoping to study to become an Early Years Teacher (EYT).

I really enjoy getting to know children, their interests and their achievements and I enjoy helping each child to feel proud of what they can already do as well as new successes. Child development has always been an interest of mine and seeing the rapid development that toddlers make brings me so much joy – I take pride in knowing that along with their family, I have been part of that amazing journey in each child’s life.
